Hospital Chain User Guide:

Click on Member Login

Type in Username and Password given to you by ICU-USA Administrator, select the Hospital Chain Radio button and click Login

To add a new hospital to your profile, click on “view all hospitals” and click the “add a new hospital button at the top of the page.  Type in the necessary details and click Add Hospital.

To assign licenses to your hospitals, click on assign licenses.  Click on assign licenses next to the hospital you want and then enter the number of licenses needed for that hospital.

You can also view the Units in your hospitals and the members of your hospitals by clicking their respective links. 

Lastly, you can also view your license details by clicking on the link.

To add a new unit to your profile, click on “view all units” and click the “add a new unit button at the top of the page.  Type in the necessary details and click Add Unit.

To assign licenses to your unit, click on assign licenses.  Click on assign licenses next to the unit you want and then enter the number of licenses needed for that unit.

You can also view all of the members of your hospital by clicking on View all members.

Lastly, you can view your License Details by clicking on the link.

Unit User Guide:

Click on Member Login

Type in Username and Password given to you by ICU-USA Administrator or your Hospital Manager, select the Unit Radio button and click Login.

To add a new member to your profile, click on “view all members” and click the “add a new member button at the top of the page.  Type in the necessary details and click Add Member.

To assign licenses to your unit, click on assign licenses.  Click on assign licenses next to the member you want and then enter the number of licenses needed for that unit.
