2. How do I begin taking the practice cases?
When you are ready to begin the cases, click on the cases button in your program and the choose any of the links below your desired unit under the practice cases section.

5. Why can't I take the test cases more than once?
Our program is designed to maximize your learning potential, the cases can only be taken once to ensure you prepare yourself before you begin taking these cases.

6. Why is my username and password not working?
Your account might not be active yet (check your email for the username and password).  Our login is case sensitive, so make sure you are using the proper letters and numbers.  If you are still having problems, click the contact us button and we will be happy to assist you.

7. Why is it taking so long for the cases, classes, books to load?
Your connection speed might be slow.  We are using the most recent technology for our program, please be patient.
